Welcome to ISEBA Online! A joint partnership between the Iowa Association of School Boards (IASB) and the Iowa State Education Association (ISEA) to provide affordable, customized school employee benefit products and services.

ISEBA's benefit programs are designed to specifically target the needs of school employees throughout Iowa. ISEBA currently represents approximately 200 school districts, community colleges and area education agencies covering more than 20,000 employees and their dependents.
